Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals that cannot be verified.

To access the full range of vip55 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on the vip55 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

All financial transactions on the vip55 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits can be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. vip55 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your vip55 account balance once confirmed by the payment network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. vip55 endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — 1 to 3 business days depending on interbank processing schedules.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses have not been fulfilled.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the vip55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to Philippine authorities:

• Registering, operating, or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA and its implementing rules).
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors in a deliberate or systematic manner to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using someone else's payment method, identity, or account credentials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from vip55.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the vip55 brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, advertising, or third-party promotions without written authorization.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
